Climate change risks and adaptation responses for UK electricity generation: a sector overview 2024

RenewableUK has collaborated with Energy UK and Solar Energy UK to collate information on climate change risks and the the progress made by the electricity generation sector in adapting to them.
Published in response to the fourth round of Climate Change Adaptation Reporting Power (ARP4) by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), the joint report serves as an update and expansion to the existing positions set out in Energy UK’s ARP3 report and examines climate governance, risk assessments, action plans, and sector interdependencies.
