Tilt the Balance identifies maps existing UK supply chain capabilities and identifies the key opportunities for hte UK in the development of flaoting offshore wind, and the value this can bring to British industry in terms of GVA, job creation across the UK and exports to global markets. Conducted by Everoze Partners, this report was commissioned by the Floating Offshore Wind Taskforce and as part of its 2050 Vision project.
